4th of July!

We had a wonderful 4th of July this year. After waking up at the crack of dawn and flying back from Montana and getting into Seattle by 8am, we were ready to start the fun. We started out by buying bikes!! Yay! We got some sweet beach crusier, mine is pink and so cute and Chris' is blue and of course we got the bike trailer for the kids. I though they would fight in there, but they actually love it and sing together in there, it's cute!!

Anyway, we just hung out and relaxed for most of the day and then a new park by our house has a community party and we went and took advantage of the free food and live music, (that's where she got her face painted) then it was off to downtown Seattle in our sweet zip car...we've been trying out a few different ones, I really like the Honda Element, it was lots of fun. We got downtown and walked around and went to Chris' building. We got to see his office on the 46th floor, what a view!! Then we went up to the 48th floor to stand on the balcony and watch the Seattle and the Union Lake fireworks. It was awesome and besides the two big firework shows we saw, if you looked at the horizon, you could see fireworks going off all over all around us, it was pretty cool. Brooklyn like the fireworks that make the shapes. We saw cubes, stars, smily faces, heart and of course the tinkerbell fairy sparkles and the cinderella shimmers. It was a great day!
