Curious George at the Museum!!!

When we told Beckham we were going to see Curious George he yelled, "YAY!!" and threw his arms up in the air. He LOVES Curious George. They had a Curious George exhibit at the children's museum so we just HAD to go to see his reaction, since "George" was one of his first words.

Both kids loved it and had a blast going down the rocket slide, playing in the farm, and doing all the little activities they had. There was a little statue guy that they had of George and Beckham went crazy over it, he hugged it and loved it and sat hext to it for a long time. And of course, Chris and I being pushovers for our stinkin' cute kids, we bought them both a George to take home.

I always say with every photo shoot of my kids, "Oh, these are my favorite pictures ever! I'll never have as good of pictures as these." WRONG! Check out these Easter pictures, my kids are just plain adorable, I love 'em to pieces!!!

Springtime!!!

What more could a kid ask for??? A sunny day, water, rocks, a turtle, a fish, a playground and friends. We have been having some great weather and some good times getting out to enjoy it.

Warner Family Pictures and my new SHORT hair!

So I'd been thinking a long time about cutting my hair off, I loved it but I needed a change....it was reaalllllly long. So Julia was brave enough to cut it off for me and I shocked the whole family in AZ but they all loved it. I had long hair in the wedding pictures below and then the next day I cut it all off (8 inches) right before we took family pictures....so without further adieu...here is my hair...and the family pictures.

Sparkling Fairies first field trip

The Sparkling Fairies Preschool had their first field trip. Hadley was not able to attend, but Brooklyn and Grace and their little brothers went. We first went to the 3D Under the Sea movie at the Pacific Science Center and the kids loved it! We had gone a time before so the kids knew just what to do. Beckham kept his glasses on the whole time and both he and Brooklyn were trying to touch the fish, it was so cute!

Next we went to the Bug Zoo and the Butterfly house, which are favorites in our family. While in the butterfly house, one landed on my shoe and the kids thought it was hilarious because it wouldn't leave so I walked around with it on my foot.

Now if you don't think that was enough for these little preschoolers check out what we did next! We went to the top of the Space Needle, whose preschool does that?? Grace's mom had a pass that could get other people in for free so we took advantage. It was really fun and a great clear day. Brooklyn was excited to show me Daddy's building and Beckham just wanted to run in circles on the top. We had a great time and can't wait for our next field trip!

Wedding Pictures Take 3

Here are some more...It was a really fun wedding on a beautiful day in Arizona. The wedding was at sunset which really made the colors pop. Katie looked beautiful and Bret didn't look too bad himself. All the little cousins looked cute in their matching outfits. It was a very nice ceremony, Katie had written a poem about her mom who had passed away from breast cancer and it was emotional yet uplifting. Everyone had tears in their eyes but had smiles on their faces. The new kind of unity candle was fun with the different colored sand, it turned out really cool. The wedding party was really fun and they all looked great and we had fun taking pictures. The night was great and what made it even more fun was the photo booth. You could use the photo booth whenever you wanted and you got a copy as well as the bride and groom. The photo booth has to be one of the coolest things I have seen at a wedding...and I've been to A LOT of weddings. Here are a few of those too!! Mitzie and I had a little too much fun in there. Congrats to Katie and Bret!!

Random pictures from March

Here are some pictures of the house we stayed at in AZ. Anita Barnes was kind enough to let us stay at her home all week. It felt like staying at a vacation home. The house was HUGE!! and the backyard was to die for....lots of room for the kids to play, a pool, and lots of relaxing space, we loved it!

For St. Patrick's day and the days leading up to it, a little Leprechaun lived at our house and would sneak out at night and play tricks on Brooklyn and Beckham. He would leave little green coins and stickers and do something silly. In the picture below, he dressed Brooklyn's bunny in her dress and glasses and bling, silly Leprechaun.....Brooklyn got a kick out of it...she was especially excited when the leprechaun left her a "Troy and Gabriella" necklace that she wears ALL the time, stinkin' cute!

The day after we got back from AZ we went up to rattlesnake lake but it wasn't as nice and warm as AZ so we wrapped in blankets and fed the geese and while we were throwing rocks in the lake, some crows came and ripped apart our cheeto bag and they were everywhere....Beckham was really upset by this.

Every month Home Depot does a workshop for kids, we took Brooklyn and Beckham and they got to make race car tracks, it was really fun and when we got home they painted them, pretty fun!

And...my friend Athina, invited a bunch of us girls over to watch "Twilight" when it came out on video (she made awesome invites...they were really cool). We had a really good time and she even gave us each a box of Twilight heart candy that shimmered.
